Beginner/Intermediate Technique Classes In the Beginner/Intermediate Tango Technique classes Sonja uses her vast experience and training in the body-awareness methods of Feldenkrais and Body-Mind Centering to facilitate ease and fluidity of movement. We learn the intricate technicalities of the language of tango by listening to our bodies in relation to the music to achieve a seamless communication in the dance.
