For low-and-no-income girls, women, children and babies with any kind
of physical/emotional/spiritual challenges.
Has illness injury, abuse, disability, or depression affected your self-image,
confidence and ability to enjoy life?
Come and rediscover your innate capacity to:

sense, feel, think & move in the world.
⊕ Take time to slow down, breathe and rest and trust through
comfortable movement and touch.
⊕ Become stronger, more flexible, increase your vitality and
lessen your pain.

FELDENDRAIS®, AWARENESS THROUGH MOVEMENT LESSONS
"Learning is creation. It is making something out of nothing.
Learning grows until it dawns on you."
Awareness Through Movement® lessons are verbally guided, gentle
movements that improve flexibility posture, coordination and self-awareness.
Everyone has a great capacity for learning and to change habits
that lead to tension, stress, fatigue and pain. The lessons integrate
movement with thinking, sensing, and visualization. In this learning
method you will discover how to:
- Relax more and breathe better
- Diminish your pain and tension and gain strength and vitality
- Improve your balance, coordination and concentration
Tuesdays 6 - 7 PM (Expect 4th Thursday of the
month)
($5-$10 donation)
Wear Loose and Comfortable Clothing.
